Following the construction of a new building for l’école des Pionniers-de-Maillardville in Port Coquitlam, the Tire-Lire educational resource lending centre is now located in a great new facility that is better adapted for welcoming subscribers and has more space for the resource collection, which continues to grow.

Our coordinator, Pierrette, is always happy to welcome -- on Tuesdays, from noon to 3:00 p.m., and Wednesdays, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. -- people who come to choose from the vast collection of books, magazines, educational games, audio books, and CDs that are available for children of all ages (and even parents).

Of course, Tire-Lire subscribers who live elsewhere in BC and can’t go to Port Coquitlam can use our completely revamped web site, www.tire-lire.ca, to select up to 10 resources per order. Once their order is placed, it will be sent free to their home by mail, no matter where they live in British Columbia!
